About
- Room rates are based on 2 adults. A maximum of 2 children under 5 years old can stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- For children aged 6–11, a breakfast charge of VND 75, 000 per child per night will apply and should be paid directly at the reception upon check-in.
- Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged VND 500, 000 per child per night, including an extra bed and buffet breakfast. Only one extra bed is permitted per room.
- All surcharges are to be settled at the reception upon check-in.
- Please note that pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
- Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in all room categories. A cleaning fee of VND 2, 500, 000 nett will be applied if smoking or pets are detected.
Designated smoking areas are available within the resort, and smoking is also allowed on balconies.
- Please register the exact number of guests upon check-in. The number of occupants per room must not exceed the maximum allowed capacity.
- Guests from 14 years old and above are required to present Passport/ID card upon check-in; Birth certificate is required for guests under 14 years old.
