This accommodation is one of Croatia's most sought after destinations, nestled on the Dalmatian Coast and known for its silky beaches and stunning 3rd Century Diocletian's Roman Palace. Split airport is less than 15 minutes away. Visitors to this charming coastal town are treated to a prime location. This boutiquel property is at distance of 500 m Old Town area full of restaurants and exhibits of art set in historic buildings of Gothic, Romanesque and Renaissance architecture. The complex offers a peaceful holiday in a beautiful setting and allows to experience the true Mediterranean. Luxury rooms are located right next to legendary old football club stadium „Stari Plac“ steps away from Croatian National Theatre. This property has 12 rooms: there is 3 standard rooms, 7 deluxe double rooms, 1 quadruple room and 1 studio. They are located on 3th and 4th floor in a building without an elevator. There is NO private parking available. This is NOT a Hotel and we dont have a reception so WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIE BEFORE (at least day before).
