The building of 2013, 7 floors, is located in the center of Budva, 100 m from the central market, supermarket and post office, 350 m from the Old Town and Mogren beach. The villa is located 100m from the sandy-pebble beach of Slovenska Plazha (sunbed - 2 euros, umbrella - 2 euros), 300m from the fine-pebble beach Mogren (entrance to the beach - 1 euros / day, sun lounger - 5 euros, umbrella - 3 euros) ... Breakfast or half board can be ordered at the nearby L&M or Obala restaurants. Near the villa there is a promenade that offers a lot of entertainment: discos, restaurants, fast food cafes, souvenir shops. There is a children's playground next to the house.
