Hotel description

Modern building with a swimming pool and terrace with sun loungers. Accommodation offers double studios and four-bed apartments. All rooms, except for two studios on the ground floor, were completely renovated in 2013 and have a sea view. The villa is located in the village of Sveti Stefan near the Adrovich hotel, 10 km from Budva (2 euros - Olimpia Express city bus). There is a bus stop, shop and restaurant next to the villa. Just a few minutes walk - the park of the former royal residence Milocer. Located 300 m from the pebbly municipal beach (sunbed - 2 euros, umbrella - 3 euros). Near the village is the most famous beach in Montenegro: Queen's beach.
