A new hotel is under construction on the left side of the hotel (facing the sea). Rooms facing that side may have a view of the construction site or be subject to outside noise. Hotel management tries to accommodate guests in other areas of the hotel as much as possible, but during peak occupancy periods, it may be possible to obtain a room on the side of the hotel under construction. Completion is scheduled for 2026, but the exact date will be announced later.
