The villa is located in the town of Herceg Novi in ​​Meline. The 6-kilometer Pet Danitz promenade begins in Melina along the seaside with numerous cafes, restaurants and nightclubs. The beaches are mostly in the form of concrete slabs, in some places there are narrow sand and pebble strips.
