The history of the building dates back to the 70s of the 19th century. The building, which stands out for its architecture, looks like a fortress. The hotel combines historical heritage with modernity. You are offered comfortable conditions for a pleasant stay. The balneological resort is located at an altitude of 800-900 m above sea level. Today the hotel has 164 rooms (from single rooms to presidential suites). In 2014, the second building was added to the historical part, and in 2015 the third building was added. There is a unique rooftop restaurant overlooking the Borjomi Gorge.
