Villa House Maslina is located in Becici, opposite the Mediteran Hotel. An old stone house with two floors. An olive tree more than two hundred years old grows in a delightful green garden. The house is ideal for several families or a group of friends traveling together. In the courtyard of the first level: prefabricated pool, sun loungers, table, chairs, access to the street. In the courtyard of the second level: a veranda with a dining area, a summer kitchen (sink, electric stove, dishes), barbecue, table and chairs, access to the parking lot. Courtyard cleaning and pool cleaning - every 2 days. There are also 2 guaranteed parking spaces.

On the first floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms with separate entrances, interconnected by an interior door. In the first room: 2 single beds, shared kitchenette for 2 bedrooms (sink, electric stove, refrigerator, dishes), bathroom (shower and toilet) and air conditioning. The view from the windows and the exit are directed to the courtyard. In the second bedroom: double bed, cable TV. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen (sink, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, dishwasher, entrance hall (air conditioning is installed here), shared bathroom (toilet). In the first bedroom: 2 single beds (with the possibility of combining into one), furniture, ironing board, music center, cable TV (can be installed on the veranda above the dining area). The window overlooks the courtyard. In the second bedroom: double bed, separate bathroom (bathroom with shower, toilet, (washing machine) View from the window to the courtyard In the third bedroom: double bed, separate bathroom (small bathroom with shower, toilet) On each floor there are: hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.
