The five-storey building was built in 2020: reception, elevator, 2 studios, 13 1-bedroom apartments and 4 2-bedroom apartments are offered for accommodation, parking for villa guests is free on request. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed every third day, bed linen is changed after seven days.
