The Old Phuket Karon Beach Resort was opened in 2001, partially renovated in 2008. Located in the heart of Karon Beach, 20 minutes drive from Patong Beach, 1.5 hours drive from Phuket International Airport. The complex consists of two 4-storey buildings surrounded by a tropical garden. Comfortable rooms are designed in Sino-Portuguese style. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are souvenir shops, massage parlors, bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment complex Aroona Karon.
