The hotel is located in the Petrovats Bay, near the sea at the foot of Mount Zdorovya, surrounded by a park with rare species of coniferous trees. Works on the basis of breakfast, half board and full board. There is WiFi in the restaurant and lobby bar, the lobby bar can be rebuilt into a conference hall with 130 seats. Renovated in 2013. The hotel has 63 comfortable rooms of different categories: 26 standard rooms, 14 studios, 13 family rooms, 4 suites, 2 rooms for disabled people and suites. 70% of the rooms have a magnificent sea view. A hundred meters from the hotel there is a city sand and pebble beach.
