The hotel has a large territory with its own ranch, one of the best beaches in the region and buildings built in an oriental style. The hotel is perfect for both a relaxing family and outdoor activities. Information on the structure of the hotel and on the number of rooms: The hotel was opened in 1995, the last renovation took place in 2018, there are buildings built in 2015. The hotel consists of 18 two-three-storey buildings. The hotel has 469 rooms: 312 Standard Rooms, 39 Superior Rooms, 113 Family Rooms and 5 Suites.

From 15.11.2025, the hotel will begin a phased renovation as part of the upcoming rebranding under the Mövenpick brand. The first phase of the renovation involves the modernization of the main restaurant Dar Al Andalous and the reception area. During the work period, a temporary reception will be set up to conveniently receive guests. Daily meals will be served in the hotel's alternative restaurant. The estimated duration of the work is 7 months.
