The concept is built on the principles of diversity, authenticity, and flexibility, based on a premium all-inclusive system, expanded by unique restaurants and bars. The resort's gastronomy is a continuous cycle from a hearty breakfast to a refined dinner, combining local flavors with international service.
1. Main Program: All-Inclusive
The core of the dining experience is a rich buffet in the Main Restaurant, with an emphasis on Cretan cuisine. The menu is complemented by live stations and themed areas (vegan, children's, "Cretan Corner").

o Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Continental and Greek breakfast, live station with eggs and waffles).
o Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:15 PM (hot and cold appetizers, live grill, salad bar).
