New luxurious studios located 150 meters from the sea in the village of Nea Kallikratia, in the center of the tourist infrastructure. Each room has handmade furniture and expensive textiles, modern technology. Breakfast is prepared by a renowned Greek chef. Breakfast includes: coffee, milk, various types of tea, including herbal tea from the Holomont forest; a wide selection of juices; fresh bread and various types of muffins made from flour milled in a local mill; jams and butter; muesli and cornflakes; seasonal fresh fruits (watermelon, melon, apricot, grapes ...); organic products from the owner's olive farm; feta, yoghurt, local cheeses, ham and salami; fresh eggs from the poultry farm, which is also owned by the owner of the hotel; traditional Greek pies and pastries prepared daily by the chef. Each studio has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, kitchenette with microwave and cutlery (no electric stove), hairdryer, bathroom with shower, spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Additional services that guests of the apartments receive: 15% discount in the "Fabrika" tavern, which is located within walking distance from the apartments tasting of local wines, cheeses and meat products (10 euros) by PT on the roof of the hotel, playing "Mafia" (drinks and snacks - 5 euros per person) Sunday brunch for hotel guests with Prosecco (€ 10) weekly Greek cuisine lessons from the chef (free) jazz evening - 10% discount for apartment guests
