Breakfast • Location and format: Main restaurant Ulivo, gourmet buffet format. • Assortment: A rich selection of fresh dishes with local and international flavors. • Hours: 07:30 – 11:00 2. Snacks & Lunch • Format: A la carte menu with the possibility of ordering a meal in a place convenient for the guest (by the pool, on the beach, at the bar). • Assortment: o Main menu with a variety of delicious dishes. o Special menu "Feel like a Cretan" with a base of Cretan and Greek cuisine: a variety of mezes (appetizers), ideal for a light lunch, and local aperitifs (ouzo or tsikoudia). • Hours: 12:00 - 18:00 3. Dinner • Location and format: Main restaurant Ulivo, innovative buffet format. • Assortment: Daily changing variety of authentic Cretan and international dishes, with an emphasis on local, healthy and vegetarian options. • Hours: 18:30 - 21:30 • Additional benefit: Premium Full Board guests receive a discount of 20 euros per person at the à la carte restaurant Petra. 4.
