Important Travel Update: Charter Flights to Egypt
Temporarily Moved from Vilnius to Kaunas Airport
Due to ongoing temporary airspace restrictions over Vilnius during nighttime hours, caused by external hybrid threats in the region, Join UP! Baltic, in cooperation with Lithuanian Airports (LTOU), has made a proactive decision to temporarily relocate selected charter flights from Vilnius Airport to Kaunas Airport.
This decision has been taken to ensure flight schedule stability, protect travellers’ holiday plans, and maintain the level of service quality we are committed to.

How it works:
- Travellers will receive a notification with a registration form.
- The form must include booking number, travel dates, and contact details.
- Registration for transfers is available up to 3 days before departure (until 16:00).
- Only registered travellers will be contacted with SMS details about pick-up time and location.
Travellers are advised to recheck flight times one day before departure via their travel agent or airport websites.
Important notes:
- If travellers choose to travel to Kaunas Airport independently, transport costs are not reimbursed.
- Flight times remain unchanged, but verification is recommended.
- This change does not constitute grounds for contract termination, as the travel program and core services remain unchanged and the adjustment is due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
Parking reservations (Unipark)
Travellers who purchased Unipark parking services may:
- Transfer their reservation from Vilnius Airport to Kaunas Airport by contacting info@unipark.lt (price remains unchanged), or
- Cancel the reservation and make a new booking according to current pricing
