Introducing Travel Universe
Operating in nine countries, international tour operator Join Up! is entering a new stage of development by introducing the Travel Universe concept to its customers. It is a new business model that brings together the key parts of the travel experience — flights, travel offers, sales channels, and partner services in destinations — into one unified system. This approach will provide customers with a smoother, clearer, and more seamless travel experience from booking to returning home.
Alongside this transformation, Join Up! is also renewing its visual identity and communication approach. The brand’s new philosophy, “Celebrate Yourself,” encourages people to dedicate more attention to themselves, their rest, and overall quality of life.

The renewed Join Up! platform will offer customers an even more convenient travel planning experience, including:
- smarter and faster travel search;
- clearer information about flights, baggage, and hotels;
- more user-friendly hotel pages with easier-to-understand information;
- a simpler and more flexible booking process.
This stage marks only the beginning of the transformation. Following the brand renewal, further structural changes will also take place — more specialists from different European countries will join the group-level operations, strengthening international expertise and the company’s overall professional capabilities. In this way, we are consistently building an even stronger international Travel Universe organization with a multicultural team. Further organizational updates will be communicated separately.
The international travel brand Join Up! operates in nine countries: Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Romania, Poland, and Czechia. More than one million people travelled with Join Up! last year alone, while since the company’s establishment in 2010, more than 8 million travellers have used its services. The company’s portfolio includes more than 7,000 hotels, and its partner network consists of nearly 10,000 travel agencies.
Join Up! Baltic, operating since 2022, is part of the international group and today is one of the leaders in the Baltic tourism market. More than 100,000 customers travel with the company every year.
